Collates, cleans and analyzes HR data from various sources, including HRIS, to develop and maintain dashboards, reports and visualizations to communicate key HR metrics and trends to stakeholders
Use predictive models and statistical analyses to forecast workforce trends, e.g. attrition rates, employee engagement and talent acquisition needs
Provide data-driven recommendations to support strategic HR initiatives, e.g. talent management, workforce planning and diversity & inclusion efforts, to align with organisational goals
Collaborates with HR teams to identify areas for process improvement and efficiency through data-driven insights.
Ensures HR data accuracy, integrity and compliance with relevant data protection regulations
Performs ad-hoc analyses as required to address business opportunities and challenges
Works with HR and IT teams to plan, test, and implement HRIS upgrades, enhancements & new modules and ensure that changes are properly documented and communicated
Lead or participates in HRIS-related projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget
Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Business or a related study
Minimum 5 years’ experience in HR analytics and HRIS
Strong understanding of HR metrics and processes
Ability to translate complex data into actionable insights
