HR Manager (Analytics)

Responsbilities:
  • Collates, cleans and analyzes HR data from various sources, including HRIS, to develop and maintain dashboards, reports and visualizations to communicate key HR metrics and trends to stakeholders
  • Use predictive models and statistical analyses to forecast workforce trends, e.g. attrition rates, employee engagement and talent acquisition needs
  • Provide data-driven recommendations to support strategic HR initiatives, e.g. talent management, workforce planning and diversity & inclusion efforts, to align with organisational goals
  • Collaborates with HR teams to identify areas for process improvement and efficiency through data-driven insights.
  • Ensures HR data accuracy, integrity and compliance with relevant data protection regulations
  • Performs ad-hoc analyses as required to address business opportunities and challenges
  • Works with HR and IT teams to plan, test, and implement HRIS upgrades, enhancements & new modules and ensure that changes are properly documented and communicated
  • Lead or participates in HRIS-related projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Business or a related study
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in HR analytics and HRIS
  • Strong understanding of HR metrics and processes
  • Ability to translate complex data into actionable insights
  • Proficiency in Power BI, Tableau, Python and SQL
