Ensure all activities related to piping systems towards the targeted commissioning schedule.
Proficient with the Piping testing procedures and applicable rules and regulations of regulatory bodies.
Lead the team for carrying out N2 He test for the FPSO and should be able to develop schedule for the completing the schedule.
Arrange for facilities, equipment’s and instruments for the job and co-ordinate the testing with sub-contractors, safety, clients and yard personals.
Take necessary precautions to ensure the work site is safe for testing/ commissioning.
Provide supervision and deploy manpower to perform the operational tasks.
Familiar with test pack, blank flanges, isolations, valves, etc.
Ensure incoming equipment meet the purchase specifications.
Coordinate for any required joint inspections.
Arrange for protection and maintenance of equipment and system.
Review the commissioning work processes to enhance efficiency and productivity.
Coordinate with all sections for testing requirements.
Plan and organize all logistics requirement for major operations.
Ensure timely completion of daily/ weekly task assigned.
Ensure commissioning test procedures of piping systems comply with specifications, quality standards, statutory and regulatory requirements.

Job Requirement:

Degree / Diploma in Mechanical/ Process piping engineering Minimum 10 years of relevant in marine and process piping systems Strong knowledge P&ID, ISO diagrams and test pack boundaries Experience in N2 HE system testing for FPSO / FLNG Projects Knowledge in Valves and PSV testing and process piping Proficient computer knowledge with Microsoft Applications (Excel, Word and Outlook). Able to multi-task and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
